My friend Natalie and I had just finished a hike in Kananaskis when we came back to my car and found that we had a flat tire. We also had no cell service, so we were feeling pretty stuck. Dave happened to notice us, turned his vehicle around, and stopped to help without us even asking. He took the time to put on my spare tire and made sure we were okay before continuing on his way. His kindness genuinely turned what could have been a really stressful situation into something we’ll always remember for the right reasons. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and willing to help complete strangers, and we’re so grateful that he happened to be there. Please pass along our sincere thanks to Dave. We were travelers on our way from Canmore to the airport when we were involved in a car accident. Our vehicle was towed, and suddenly we had no way to get to the airport. We were on the verge of missing our flight when we found this company. As soon as we explained the situation over the phone, they came to us within 20 minutes and made sure we arrived at the airport on time. If it hadn’t been for this company and Mira, we would have been completely stranded in freezing Canmore with no one to rely on. Their response was fast, precise, and genuinely kind. We were recently in Canmore/Banff for a small conference with 25 attendees. The host resport was the Basecamp Mountain House and our travels took us into Banff on two seperate occassions and throughout the city of Canmore. From my initial inquiry both Dave and Mirrah were very attentive and timely in getting back to me and helping to organize our travels. The transport was new, clean and Dave always showed up on time. He was very accomodating for our group when we needed to make a slight adjustment to our schedule/timing.
